Dr. Guerrero is a passionate, equity minded educator focused on making college possible for all students and community members. He grew in up Napa, attended Napa schools and as first generation, low-income student, transferred from Napa Valley College to UC Davis and pursued a degree in Cultural Anthropology. After graduating from UC Davis he came back to Napa to work in education. He was later inspired to get his Masters in Social Work and become a counselor. Through his educational and work experiences he went back to school and got his Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus in Social Justice. Dr. Guerrero is focused on student success. He does this every day through his leadership and engagement with students.
