Charo Albarrán Elected VP/President Elect of ACHRO
Charo Albarrán, assoc.VP, human resources and training & development, was elected vice president/president elect of the Association of Chief Human Resources Officers (ACHRO). ACHRO is a nonprofit organization assisting chief human resource officers and staff in the California Community College system. The organization plays a leadership role in the professional development efforts of human resource professionals and is active in generating and supporting key legislation.
