The Napa Valley College District Auxiliary Services Foundation (DAS) was incorporated
October 2013 as a nonprofit public benefit corporation for the purpose of
promoting and assisting the educational mission of Napa Valley College. The foundation supports co-curricular and other campus programs and
services in addition to regional business and industry.
is governed by a Board of Directors and the
Napa Valley College Superintendent/President serves as the
DAS Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair.
DAS is a
multi-dimensional organization that includes co-curricular programs, food/retail services, charitable giving, and co-promotional community partnerships.
