Getting started on your degree or certificate in the Administration of Justice at Napa Valley College is easy and we welcome new students at the start of any semester (fall, spring or summer). Recommended steps before registering for a class:

Once you complete the admissions process, you are ready to register for classes. ADMJ-120 Introduction to the Administration of Justice is the entry-level course to the program and is required for all degrees and certificates.

If you are a returning student and currently working in the criminal justice field or if you have already completed a basic police academy in California, we encourage you to make an appointment with the Administration of Justice Program Coordinator to see if your basic law enforcement academy class can substitute for one or more of the certificate or degree requirements.
