Current Password Issues for Students
If you are having an issue logging on, you may need to change your password. Please only change passwords on Web Advisor
. They expire every six months for security reasons. When you try to log in to either Office 365 and/or Canvas and the system says your password has expired, this means you need to log in to your Web Advisor account and update your password there. Once updated successfully, your
password will work for Office 365/Canvas. generally about 5-20 minutes after it has been successfully changed. If you go to Web Advisor and try to log in with a failed attempt, contact the Welcome Center and they can help you with a temporary password. They can be reached at 707-256-7215.
Log into to Self-Service for the most up-to-date experience
registering for classes, and accessing student information.
Login username and password are still the same as for WebAdvisor.
Use the links below if you want to access your Office365 based email, the NVC Canvas Online Education site, the Starfish Early Alert system, or need still need WebAdvisor to add a class.
