Welcome to my Napa Valley College web page.
I received my Ph.D. in Biology from UCLA and have been teaching at NVC since 2005. My main interests in life sciences include structure-function relationships in animals including humans, physiological adaptations to challenging environments, and animal evolution. Currently, I teach Human Physiology (BIOL 219), Human Anatomy (BIOL 218, spring semester), and General Zoology (BIOL 240, fall semester). Links to web pages for these courses can be found at the top left of this page.
Documents and other resources provided through this web site are intended for use by students who are currently enrolled in one or more of these courses at NVC.
