Who Should Attend
All hospitality professionals are invited to hear the inspiring leaders and ideas that are shaping the next hospitality boom. This is an educational forum plus networking for business owners, managers and supervisors of restaurants, wineries, hotels, B&Bs, spas and catering companies.
What You Get
The day includes a continental breakfast, keynote address, educational breakouts, catered lunch by Napa Valley College Cooking School, industry networking, wine tasting and silent auction, all in the relaxing and beautiful NVC Culinary Quad.
"Tools for Engagement: Engaging Customers on All Levels" The Symposium offers a full day of speakers and breakouts on issues facing the Northern California hospitality industry. Topics include Global Destination Marketing, Eco and Agro Tourism, Growing with Social Media, Current Trends Driving Hospitality, Superior Customer Service and New Industry Regulations. Speakers will be announced at a later date.
The event is presented by the Business and Entrepreneurship Center at Napa Valley College, NVC Small Business Development Center, Napa Valley College Foundation, California Community Colleges, the Economic and Workforce Development Program, and Alkar Human Resources.
