Do you need a PE class for graduation or to meet transfer requirements? A new Monday night Dance Wellness class (DANS 298 – 7:00-7:50 p.m.) at Napa Valley College is being offered on Mondays. This course will offer stretching and relaxation techniques and gentle Pilates-core exercises.
Fall semester starts Aug. 20 and registration is in progress.
A wide variety of additional evening Dance classes are being offered, including Jazz (DANS 136 – Tuesdays 5:30-7:20 p.m.), Ballet (DANS 134 – Thursdays 6:00-7:50 p.m.), Salsa & Latin (DANS 128 – Wednesdays 6:00-7:50 p.m.) and Modern Dance (DANS 138 – Mondays 5:00-6:30 p.m.).
Other Dance classes include Cardio Salsa, Dance Styles, and Street Jazz.
