Educational Talent Search (Pre-College)

High School Component

We want to share some exciting news regarding two of our TRIO Educational Talent Search (ETS) seniors, Yoselyn Cervantes and Alberto Mendoza. They have been announced as Gates Millennium Scholars!!! This is a very prestigious award that among other services, will completely cover their educational expenses from undergraduate through doctoral programs. This award is truly a testament to these students’ hard work and dedication to their educational aspirations, and as first-generation and low-income students, this award will certainly assist and motivate them to continue to pursue their educational endeavors. We, the ETS staff, feel very honored to be able to serve our community by providing essential pre-college services to our under-represented students and their families.
