FA Payment Dates

Please read the FA Payment Information page for IMPORTANT information about how financial aid is paid at NVC.

2012-2013 Financial Aid Payment Dates*

*Non-Standard and Clock Hour Program disbursement dates are dependent upon program specific criteria and
may not be the same as standard semester-based programs. Direct Loan borrowers must check their loan
disclosure letter to determine the expected date of payment.

FALL 2012	Students who drop classes before census, withdraw from all classes, or who stop attending all classes and receive all failing grades may be required to repay some or all of the funds they received for the semester.
August 22, 2012	50% Pell Grant
September 7, 2012	50% Pell Grant (unpaid new awards only)
September 21, 2012	50% Pell Grant (unpaid new awards only) Direct Loan
October 12, 2012	100% Pell Grant -- All Pell awards are recalculated for the semester based on enrollment at census. Students who received a prior payment for the semester greater than their recalculated award will owe money back to NVC for the overpayment. Direct Loan All Other Grant Awards

SUMMER 2013	Students who drop classes before census, withdraw from all classes, or who stop attending all classes and receive all failing grades may be required to repay some or all of the funds they received for the semester.
June 19, 2013	Pell Grant -- 100% of Summer award. Students who drop units after payment may be required to repay some or all of the funds received.
