The Office of Student Service is in charge of staging the college's annual commencement ceremony which is traditionally held on the last Friday of May.
Next year's ceremony will be held on:
Friday, May 30, 2014 in the evening
most likely in the Gymnasium
Graduates from the previous summer and fall semesters, as well as those graduating in the spring, are eligible to attend the ceremony. Approximately 250 graduates participate in the commencement ceremony each year.
The official graduate invitation will be emailed to all eligible graduates in early April 2014.
In addition, a separate email will also be emailed to only those graduates who are eligible to audition to be the Valedictory Speaker at Commencement. Eligible are students those who have applied and been approved for graduation for summer, fall and spring AND have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA. The auditions are usually held on the last Thursday or Friday of April
