An RSVP is required from ANY GRADUATE wishing to participate in the Commencement Ceremony. It is critical that we get an accurate count of graduates participating to guarantee that 1) we have a seat reserved for each graduate and 2) to print enough tickets for only those students participating.
Deadline to RSVP was May 29, 2013. You cannot RSVP online anymore.
If you want to participate in the ceremony but forgot to RSVP, just send Martha Navarro (firstname.lastname@example.org) an email to let her know that you will participate in the ceremony. Please include your student ID number in your email. She will try to reply to you before 3 p.m.
Please No RSVPs needed from guests or family members--ONLY GRADUATES. Also, there is no need to fill out this RSVP form if you do not plan on attending.
- Please verify that your name is listed on the List of Approved 2012-2013 Participants BEFORE you email Martha. Your RSVP will not be accepted if we cannot match you with your name on this list.
- The "List of Graduate RSVPs Confirmed as of 5-29-13" on the left column will no longer be updated online. Contact the Office of Student Services if you have any questions (256-7363).
