Each year our Professional Culinary Students work together to prepare a multi-course luncheon for up to 80 guests as a way to gain a real-time experience of working in a fine dining restaurant.   

We have gained quite a reputation for our creative decor, excellent service and superb cuisine. 

Meals are prepared using produce from our organic student garden, eggs from our own hens and humanely raised meat products from the local purveyors.  

During our FALL RESTAURANT we serve a 3-course bistro style menu for $25.00 per person not including tip.

Our SPRING RESTAURANT is a 7-course degustation menu developed by the students themselves.  The cost  is $35.00 per person not including tip.

We are also proud to serve wine that has been generously donated by some of the area's finest wineries.

We accept cash or check only.

The largest party we are able to accommodate is 6 people.

Any special dietary restrictions must be announced at the time of securing your reservation.  We will do our best to serve you, however, please keep in mind that this is an educational institution and we may not be able to accommodate severe allergies or restrictions.

Please be on time for your reservation in order to assure being seated.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to your reservation.

All cancellations must be made between 8am - 3pm, M-F and can only be authorized by a chef.  Please call the kitchen at (707) 967-2916 for any cancellations.

Late cancellations and "no-shows" will be charged $20 per person
