National search started

The Napa Valley College Board of Trustees has started a national search for a new superintendent/president.

A brochure with qualifications and the application procedure is available on the college website at presidential search and on the bulletin board outside the HR office (room 1339K) on the Napa campus. The application period started Feb.1 with online applications accepted through March 22, 2010.

The goal is a July 2010 start date for the new president.

The college has established a Presidential Search Committee with representatives of all the constituent groups (faculty, classified and administrative staff, students, members of the Board of Trustees, Foundation members and community).
