Dr. Edna Baehre-Kolovani, Napa Valley College’s president, has been hosting listening sessions both on and off campus this spring. The next public session is from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 2 at American Canyon High School in Room 132.
Concerns about the state budget impact on the college could be a topic. “I am open to hearing whatever the community would like to share,” said Dr. Baehre-Kolovani. “These are challenging times for education and we need to be responsive to our local community; the college exists for the community. Also, community partnerships are vital and we would appreciate getting input on proposed innovations and ways the community can help the college.”
