On the second Fall Flex Day the Review Team (RT) will hold their first meeting and return the completed First Meeting Form to the Academic Senate secretary office. |

Peer Observations |
By the fifth week three Peer Observation Forms are completed.

Discuss Feedback |
By the seventh week the TRT meets with the evaluatee to discuss peer observations. |

10/19/2012 |
Student Feedback |
By the ninth week student feedback is collected (from three classes) and submitted to the Academic Senate secretary for processing. |

11/9/2012 |
Discuss Feedback |
By the twelfth week the RT meets with the evaluatee to review and discuss student feedback. |
|
11/16/2012 |
Self Evaluation |
By the thirteenth week the evaluatee completes self evaluation.

11/21/2012 |
Final Meeting |
By the fourteenth week the RT meets with the evaluatee to conduct their final meeting and returns completed Final Meeting form along with Peer Feedback and Self Evaluation to Academic Senate secretary office. |
