Take an exhilarating evening northern lights cruise. Travel to the "Golden Circle," home to many of Iceland's most renowned natural wonders. Spend time at Thingvellir National Park, the nation's most historic area. Gaze at the spectacular Gullfoss waterfall – one of the world's most incredible cascades. At the Lava Exhibition Center, learn about Iceland's volcanic history and its impact on daily life. Explore Skogar Folk Museum and see traditional turf-built homes. Enjoy a finger-snapping, toe-tapping time on this tour of America's most famed musical cities. Visit New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville as you revel in the sounds of the blues, jazz, country and good old rock 'n' roll. With included tickets to the epic New Orleans Jazz Fest, you'll enjoy two afternoons celebrating the best of music in the birthplace of jazz. Discover storybook castles and glittering palaces amidst stunning Alpine vistas as you explore Austria, Germany and Switzerland. In Vienna visit Schoenbrunn Palace. In Grinzing, the winemaking region of Vienna, sit down to dinner at a traditional inn. Cruise on the Danube and see Melk Abbey. Enjoy a Mozart Dinner Concert in the Baroque Hall of centuries-old St. Peter's Restaurant in Salzburg, the "City of Music." Spend a night in the heart of the Black Forest. Visit Oberammergau, famous for the Passion Play and expert woodcarvers. Enjoy a magical dinner complete with a visit by local village performers. Enjoy picture stops at Bavaria's famous castle, Neuschwanstein, and tour the Chateau de Chillon on Lake Geneva. Enjoy a scenic train ride aboard the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn into the relaxing pedestrian village of Zermatt. Cultural Treasures of Japan

Immerse yourself in the ancient and modern cultures of Japan. Experience the electric city of Tokyo, where Yanaka Ginza serves as a window to Tokyo's past and top-of-the-world views from Tokyo Tower give way to cosmopolitan vistas. Take part in a tea ceremony and stand before the famous Senso-ji, a Buddhist temple dedicated to the Bodhisattva Kannon in Asakusa. Explore the lakeside resort of Hakone and cruise the waters of Lake Ashi. Board the Hakone Ropeway for goliath views of Mt. Fuji, and tour Matsumoto Castle. Enjoy Hida beef and sake at a local brewery, and marvel at the gassho-zukuri-style homes of Shirakawa-go. Visit Kanazawa's Omicho market, Kenroku garden and the Samurai district. Kyoto is the cultural capital of Japan and a marvel to behold. Absorb the beauty of Kinkakuji, the Golden Pavilion. Explore Kyoto's Nijo Castle, home of the first Shogun. Take a lesson in the art of stenciling. Board the "bullet" train to travel to Hiroshima where you'll visit Miyajima, "Shrine Island" and the Peace Memorial Park and Museum. Memorials of World War II
July 10 - 19, 2019
An unforgettable journey of discovery and remembrance awaits you on a sojourn to Northern France on the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. In Westminster, discover London's connections to the war at Churchill's underground War Rooms. Travel to Paris via the high-speed Eurostar Train, and drive through the French countryside en route to Caen Canal and Pegasus Bridge, captured by the heroic British 6th Airborne Division. Immerse yourself in the history of Normandy's D-Day Landing Beaches and visit the Normandy American Cemetery. Pay your respects to the fallen men of the Commonwealth land forces with no known graves at Bayeux Memorial, and visit the Museum of Surrender in Reins, where the German's gave their unconditional surrender to end the war in Europe. Finish in Paris for the incomparable experience of dining inside the Eiffel Tower.
