Trip Registration Info

Mail-In Registration

Mail-In Registration is simple.  1)  Complete the enrollment form.  2)  Attach a separate check or money order for each trip you wish to enroll in or fill in the credit card information; and 3)  Mail to the Napa Valley College Upper Valley Campus, 1088 College Avenue, St. Helena, CA 94574.  Attention:  A separate check for each trip will simplify a prompt return for canceled or full activities.

Fax-In Registration

Fax-In Registration is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Please be sure to fax your fully completed enrollment form with credit card information. The fax number is (707) 967-2909.

Walk-In Registration

Walk-In Registration takes place at the Upper Valley Campus between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.  You may also drop off registrations at the Napa campus in the Community Education Registration Drop Box located just to the left of Room 204 in the Administration Building. Please be aware that we will not receive the registrations until the following day, and the trip(s) could fill before we receive your registration.

Refund Policy

Checks will be returned and no credit card charges will be made if requested trips are already closed.  Full refunds will be issued if a trip is canceled by the college.

Refunds are granted only if the trip is filled and the reservations can be resold by the Community Education Office.  If a refund is made, the college retains a $ 10 processing fee per person.

Cross-Generational Trips

Many trips are open to children as young as 5 years of age.  Please call our office for specific information.  These trips are shown with an asterisk (*). Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
