Drop-in Quick Help
Help is available from Math Success Center staff with brief questions on math homework or math related topics. No appointment is necessary. Available all hours that the Math Success Center is open.
Appointment Tutoring
Tutoring is available for groups and individuals by appointment. To make an appointment, please visit the Math Success Center.
Computer Access
The Math Success Center offers Napa Valley College students access to computer workstations. The workstations are loaded with a variety of mathematics software including MyMathLab and MyStatLab.
Textbooks and Solutions manuals
The Math Success Center contains a collection of current textbooks and solutions manuals for Napa Valley College courses. These materials are available for use in the center only and require a library card or student ID to check out.
Self-study MyMathLab Courses
The Math Success Center has created a series of generic self-study courses designed for students whose instructors are not using MyMathLab. If you would like access to the support and pratice materials in MyMathLab, Course IDs are available here.
Quiet Study Area
The Math Success Center provides a quiet place to study and learn. Tables are organized by class to help students meet others taking the same class.
