  • SACNAS and SHPE General Meetings on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month in room 1805 from 12:30-1:30pm


  • 1st: CSU application opens – closes on Nov 30th
  • 1st  Thursday: STEM Picnic Day, 12:30-1:30pm  Life Science Building (Lawn Area)

  • 9th: UC Berkeley Community College Engineering day (See Rene Rubio for more info.)
  • 2015 SACNAS National Conference "Interdisciplinary Collaboration: The Role of Diversity in STEM Innovation" Washington, D.C., October 29-31  – see Rene Rubio for more details 
  • Spring Priority Registration will start mid-October students schedule a counseling appointment to meet with your Counselor to create, update or review your educational plan, so that you know which classes you may need to register for spring
  • 24th Saturday: Ragnar Event, Women in STEM Empowerment will fundraise for their club (Volunteers needed!) 4am--1:30pm
  • 29th Thursday:  Robotics and Discovery Club Halloween Party!  Book Store Plaza 11-2pm
  • 29th Thursday: UC Davis Rep., Mayra Escobar will discuss TAG, UC Personal Statements, and admissions in room 1807 from 12:30-1:30pm

January 2016:

  • 10-14th    The Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship Program 2015-16 participants will be attending the Transportation Research Board (TRB) 95th Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.                 See Rene Rubio for more details

February 2016:

  • 1st : STEM tutoring begins
  • 4th : Women In STEM Empowerment (WISE) general meeting, STEM Center (Rm 1805) from 12:30-1:30pm. (WISE Flyer)
