If you are interested in requesting time at the Wine Country Regional
Simulation Center, please fill out the request below and your request will
be forwarded to the WCRSC Staff. If you have special requests, please
include these at the bottom of the form.You should receive an email response
within 2 - 3 business days. If you do not receive a response within this
time, please call (707) 945-0275 to verify your request has been received.
Please note that training fees include the following: set up and break
down of rooms including equipment and moulage for specific scenarios;
equipment like IV's, catheter kits, medications, respiratory care equipment
and more as well as access to medication room and supply room for any other
necessary supply; available crash cart filled with medications, ambu bags,
intubation tray with laryngoscope and blades, defibrillator, etc.; and
audio/video recording equipment with conference rooms and large screen TV's
to view for debriefing.
Please be sure to fill out your reservation request at least 2 weeks in
advance of your requesting visit date so the proper equipment, training
materials, and support staff can be appropriately prepared for your visit.
If you must cancel your scheduled visit, please do so in a minimum of 24
hours in advance, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be
charged the full cost of your visit.
