The mission of the Office of Career Technical Education is to provide administrative support for the Business and Computer Studies Division, Criminal Justice Training Center, Online Education, Technical Division, and to support all career technical programs offered by Napa Valley College.

In addition, this office coordinates special projects and grants that include the California P.O.S.T. Instructional Skills Program, and the Stop the Hate! Program.
