The objective of the Facilities Master Plan Volume IV is to identify the scope and preliminary budget for future new and modernization projects not completed by Measure N or identified in the Volume 1, 2, and 3 plans. The plan outlines the means for the build out of the existing campus, which will accommodate growth from the current enrollment of 6,000 Full Time Equivalent Students (FTES), to a capacity of 9,500 FTES. The college’s Core Committee and Planning Team has identified the master plan projects by following a process of:

·         Review of Educational Master Plan

·         Review of PEP Reports

·         Scoping and Planning Meetings with Department Stakeholder Groups

·         Development of Project Scoping Documents and Concept-Level Estimates

·         Presentation of Draft Volume 4 Master Plan at Public Forum on April 30, 2009

·         Incorporation of Public Comments

·         Review of Project List with Board of Trustees

·         Approval of Master Plan by Board of Trustees
