Construction at the south end of campus on a new Ceramics Building is complete. The general contractor, SW Allen, Inc. was awarded the project in September of 2008 and was able to complete construction about three months early and classes began being offered in the new space over the Summer of 2009.

This project, to build a new two-story, 60,000 gross square foot, Library & Learning Resource Center, was awarded to Edge Development at the May 15, 2008 meeting of the Board of Trustees. Construction was completed in the spring of 2010. The McCarthy Library features a floating classroom and serves approximately 2,000 students per day.

This project, to build a new two-story, auxiliary gymnasium to support Criminal Justice and Adaptive PE, was awarded at the July 17, 2008 meeting of the Board of Trustees. The lower floor houses new Adaptive PE instructional space and a new weight room. The upper floor provides a mat room for criminal justice defensive tactics and other instruction. Construction was completed October 2009.

Instructional Center for Performing Arts

Broward Brothers was awarded the project to construct the Performing Arts Center at the north end of campus. This beautiful and functional building provides a landmark as you approach the City of Napa. The project, including a complete renovation of the Parking Lot A (this phase scheduled for summer 2009), was completed in spring 2010.
