The campus-wide Program Evaluation and Planning (PEP) Process is necessary to maintain the college’s accreditation. Each year about 15 different instructional, student services and administrative service programs are reviewed for effectiveness, mission, curriculum review, and outreach. The NVC Foundation underwent its last stand-alone PEP review in 2007. With the reorganization of the NVC Office of Institutional Adanvcement (OIA) in 2012, review of Foundation activities was included under the broader review of all advancement activities conducted by the Office of Institutional Advancement (OIA).
